Trampoline Benefits

Well first off, MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU!

I've been stuffing my face with food the last month and need to get serious about getting rid of some excess pounds.

There aren't many things in this world that can burn fat and strengthen your legs and core like jumping on a trampoline - lots of health benefits in jumping.

If you've ever spent much time jumping you'll know that you can start breathing very hard in just a few short minutes of jumping...the thighs start to burn, you work your ab muscles by keeping control of your body in mid-air.

So, if you don't think that there is much benefit in trampolining or trampoline benefits for health, think again. It's not just fun for kids, it's great excercise for them and for adults.
